1-ON-1 TRAINING
The first 1-hour session begins with a complimentary fitness assessment, a conversation about goals, a body assessment, and a sample workout.

Workouts would only be conducted on an outdoor space such as a park, backyard or school playground until further notice. Once it’s safer it can be done from the privacy of your own home, or gym. Each week will build on prior sessions.
My focus is to design the best fitness program tailored to meet you where you're at in order to conquer individual goals and keep you healthy. I also try to keep my sessions fun so that you can walk away knowing you did something enjoyable that was also good for you!
