The first 1-hour session begins with a complimentary fitness assessment, a conversation about goals, a body assessment, and a sample workout.

Workouts will be conducted via zoom format. My focus is to design the best virtual fitness program tailored to meet you where you're at in order to conquer individual goals and keep you healthy. I also try to keep my sessions fun so that you can walk away knowing you did something enjoyable that was also good for you! 

No gym equipment? No problem! I will break down these workouts depending on your access to equipment and level of fitness. Although equipment is not necessary, some things may come in handy like cables, bands, loop bands, or dumbbells.
