We all know it can be difficult to motivate ourselves to move, so why not do it with a friend or a loved one? Group training gives us the extra boost we need to get up and active, while keeping our health and fitness goals in check. The benefits of group fitness include:

Just like any regular session, a group session starts with a complimentary fitness assessment, a conversation about common goals, a body assessment, and a sample workout.
